Everyone MUST make a booking at least 1 day BEFORE arrival.

Before making your booking please take a moment to read our Park Rules & Regulations  and all our documents below.

All guests over 18 years of age who are not legal partners must have their own booking so they can sign their own legal documents online in their precheck-in and when they arrive.

Any guests under 18 years of age must have a legal guardian, if they are not a member of your immediate family they must supply an original copy of the signed and witnessed Temporary Guardian Form.

THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE IN PLACE TO KEEP MANAR OFF ROAD PARK SAFE FOR ALL.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN BEING ASKED TO LEAVE AND EVEN BEING BANNED FROM THE PARK.

RIDING / DRIVING HOURS

  • Winter Time: 7:00am to 5:30pm (1st April > 30th September)
  • Summer Time 6:30am to 6:30pm (1st October >31st March)
  • NO riding/driving outside of these hours 

The above riding/driving times must be complied with, you or any person accompanying yourself may be asked to leave the park with no notice and no refund of any fees paid.

SPEED LIMITS IN THE PARK

  • speed limit in common areas (camping area, stay/visit car park, site office and public amenities) is walking pace for all vehicles
  • Speed limit on entry/exit tracks (between office/camp site/loops) 20km/hr
  • Speed limit on Shared & Novice tracks – be careful and considerate of novice riders only pass at slow speed

CAMPING AREAS

  • Consideration should be given to other park users at all times
  • Noise/music curfew is 11pm to 6:30am. Respect other patrons
  • Vehicle movement should be kept to a minimum within the camping area and lights kept to low beam
  • All rubbish to be placed in designated bins provided
  • If arriving after 7pm noise setting up should be kept to a minimum.
  • Firewood can be collected from the greater park area and fires should be set up within existing pits where possible and supervised at all times
  • No bottles, cans or rubbish to be placed in fires and fires to be extinguished and cleaned out on departure

ACCOMMODATION

  • Consideration should be given to other park users at all times
  • All rubbish to be placed in designated bins provided
  • Noise/music curfew is 11pm to 6:30am. Respect other patrons
  • Fire pits to be used and NO rubbish, cans, bottles or aerosols to be placed in them
  • Animals are allowed but must be kept on a leash or otherwise restrained at all times.  (Please read the Animals & Cleaning Policy) 
  • Cabins should be left in a neat and tidy manner and any damage caused to the cabin by yourself will be charged to you, this includes cabins that have been left messy and untidy
    Any damage and/or extra cleaning costs will be charged to your account. (Please read the Animals & Cleaning Policy)

RIDING & DRIVING

  • Australian Standard Approved helmets and boots must be worn whilst riding a motorbike or quad
  • Australian Standard Approved helmets and closed in shoes must be worn whilst driving a buggy or unregistered/open 4wd or off road vehicle
  • Winter Time: 7:00am to 5:30pm (1st April > 30th September)
    Summer Time 6:30am to 6:30pm (1st October > 31st March)
  • Riding/Driving is only allowed on designated tracks and in areas indicated
  • Only beginner riders (riding slowly) are allowed in the designated children’s/beginners riding areas 
  • All children and learner riders must be supervised by a responsible adult
  • Riders/Drivers must not use tracks that they have been advised are closed 
  • Advised to use handheld UHFs due to the size and remoteness of the Park
  • Always let someone know where you will be riding/driving before you leave and have a ‘back by’ time, so we know where to find you if something goes wrong
  • All persons camping or riders/drivers using the park are doing so at their own risk

GENERAL CONDUCT

    • Children must be supervised at all times whilst in the park
    • Pets and children must be supervised and kept under control at all times, pets must be on a leash
    • All facilities provided including toilets and showers, BBQ’s, eating areas, accommodation areas, gardens, plants, sheds and property of the park must be kept in a clean and tidy condition and are not to be damaged in anyway or form, or compensation must be paid for damages
    • No form of firearms, weapons or archery equipment is to be used within the park
    • No person is to operate any vehicle, motorcycle or machinery whilst under the influence of alcohol or drugs
    • Seatbelts are to be worn at all times in vehicles within the park
    • No passengers are to ride in the tray or back of utilities and trucks
    • Any instruction given by a staff member shall be complied with immediately and without question
    • Motorsport is a dangerous environment and all people entering the park do so at their own risk and agree to not hold the park, it’s staff or management liable or at fault in the event of any injury, mishap or incident

All of the above rules must be complied with, or you or any person accompanying yourself can be asked to leave the park with no notice and no refund of any fees paid. This must be done immediately.

Refund Policy

  • No Refund

    • You have changed your mind about staying with us.
    • Due to breakdowns. Maintenance is your own responsibility.
    • Due to the weather.
        • We may offer a refund for riding if you have had an accident and are unable to ride due to your physical injury.
